My Diet Programme vs The Biggest Loser

Salaam readers,


First of all, sorry for the long break.
I was really busy with the teacher's works and planning. So, everyday after I finish working at school, I will take a nap and move on with my daily chores. Some of my current daily chores are taking care of my new nephew, reading novel, practicing playing piano, and the most crucial is going to the GYM.

Talking about attending the GYM, I would like to share a little of my happiness to you. So far, I have lost a total of 4 kilos which I think is enormous as I have not lost much since the past three years. So, I am pleased to take a step further by exercising regularly. Hopefully, my body will shrink and look good enough for a boyfriend ha ha, naaaa actually, for my health and personality in the future.

Besides exercising, I have also stopped consuming fast food, completely. Now (and later), I will eat less carbs (20 grams per day) and more protein. Alhamdulillah, it works. Moreover, while exercising and dieting, I also need support and motivation. My favourite and loved programme is of course THE BIGGEST LOSER PROGRAMME, where I found sincere and helpful tips and inspiration there, on TV.

Therefore peeps, I would like to beg your sincere support to a healthier us.
